Physical Therapy Franchise FAQ

How much experience do I need?

We want proven physical therapists with a track record of successful clinical practice. Therefore, a minimum of 1-2 years as a licensed physical therapist is preferred before opening your own clinic. We feel that is enough experience for us to be able to assess skill-level but we are dedicated to providing less experienced physical therapists great mentorship. 

Do I need to have a business degree or background to apply?

Not necessarily, providing business coaching and guidance is where the benefit to buying a Pick PT truly lies. We are looking for physical therapists that are great clinicians and having a general inclination to be an entrepreneur and business professional is an important aspect of your long-term success as an owner. We have 20 years of business experience in physical therapy and we want to help you navigate the challenges that often accompany business ownership. 

Do I only need to treat patients to be successful?

While treating patients is important, that is only one part of creating a successful physical therapy clinic. We are looking for a driven person who is comfortable with meeting with other medical providers and being a part of the community.
